Is the estimated date a guarantee from my carrier?

No. The date is calculated from your processing and transit settings — it is not carrier tracking data.

HBN Estimated Delivery Date is a delivery promise you configure, not a carrier service or shipment tracker:
  • The date range comes from the processing and transit values you enter in your rules.
  • It does not read live carrier data, tracking events, or real delivery scans.
  • Keep your processing and transit ranges realistic so the promise matches your actual fulfillment performance.
